Erin came to the Vineyard from Austin, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Sciences from University of Texas in Austin for Apparel Design and Art History. For six years, she applied herself in the Advertising industry as Producer working in post-production of commercial TV/film. After successfully facilitating others’ creative visions, developing effective project management skills, and navigating multiple deadlines, she knew she was ready to get back to her roots in design but this time from a new perspective. In 2015, Erin first took the management opportunity in the retail showroom, Bespoke Abode, with a plan to learn the services and products offered by the store to our clients. Showing creative aptitude and a commitment to learn, she transitioned to the MVID team as a design assistant in the fall of 2015, and later Junior Designer and Project Manager in the fall of 2017.
Reinforced by her mentors along the way that good design emerges from selection, reinterpretation, integration and ultimately love, Erin is excited to continue thriving with MVID and honing the application of her creativity and mastering the development of her technical design skills to the bustling residential market on Martha’s Vineyard.

Kaili recently returned home to Massachusetts after receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design at High Point University. Originally seeking warmer weather, she fell in love with the North Carolina’s small town southern charm. While being immersed in the HP International Furniture Market it wasn’t long before Kaili was inspired to study design.
Kaili gained experience in residential design while interning for a high-end designer based right outside of campus as well as working with several different vendors and showrooms during the seasonal Market. Upon graduation Kaili achieved her goal of becoming a LEED Green Associate, where she learned about sustainable design practices and creating a healthy environment.
Kaili moved to the island and joined our MVID team in the summer of 2017. She happily resides in West Tisbury and enjoys every day that she helps create beautiful spaces that clients can call home.
